I’m always a big fan of animal rescue organizations receiving a bit of extra funding so I’m glad to tell everyone that for July and August 2024 Daryl has picked Infinite Woofs Animal Rescue Society for all Streets Initiative donations to go to! Infinite Woofs is a foster based rescue society and started up in March of 2013. They are unique from other animal rescue societies in that they not only rescue and try to find homes for cats and dogs, but also many other not so common pets like bunnies, birds and Guinea pigs. In fact, I was checking out their website and they even have a 13 year old boa constrictor named Cleon looking for a new owner to take care of all of his mice eating needs! Personally I always thought a snake would make a pretty cool pet.
The Infinite Woofs website has many stories of successful adoptions but in order to continue doing this they also are keen on finding people who are interested in fostering animals until they get adopted or looking for people to volunteer to assist them in animal transport, sorting, and donation pickup.
